Long before the 180 Cherokee, Piper had a runaway success with the most quintessentially-basic aircraft imaginable. It hailed from 1938, and it was the Piper J3 Cub. It was a simple to fly, simple to maintain machine, and it was responsible for teaching a whole generation of pilots the basics of airmanship. Even today, there are many Cubs still flying, often in the most remote of locations around the world. The FSX aircraft featured here is from A2A.
